How do I place an order?


To place a new order, use the website at this address: http://www.lingerie2order.com select an item and then add it to your shopping basket. If it is just one item you require then you can go straight to the checkout area to place the order and process the payment via your credit card. If you wish to continue shopping then you can click on continue shopping and carry on shopping until you have found all the items you wish to purchase. At the end of your shop you can then access your shopping basket make any changes that are needed and then process the payment to us so that you get your purchases as quick as possible. At any time you can access your shopping basket in the top left hand corner of the page. Top
 


Will my items be available?


Yes! We manage our stock levels in such a way that there should never be a shortfall on a particular product or range. On the rare occasion a stock problem occurs it would be on a particular highly sought after item. If a slight problem does occur and we cannot source your item, we will always offer you the opportunity to select a different colour or a different product. There are occasions when our manufacturers change the design of a product in a very small way so that the picture may be slightly different than the received product. This is a rare occurence too, but if it does happen we shall not be held responsible for such a minor change in design since it is out of our control and if deemed to not be a major change in the outfit or lingerie item should not change the whole look of the product. If we have tried our best to correct your order and you are still not happy with your order selections or changes to your selection(s), we may be able to offer a refund on the order dependant on the circumstances. If a part refund is required we will always refund with a voucher. If any delays occur with your shipment we will let you know as soon as possible as well as track the problem with our postal provider. Top

How can I Pay for my order?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all other major credit cards/debit cards as an online payment through our payment processor PayPal or MoneyBookers.

 

For payments you can pay via Paypal or Moneybookers, if choosing PayPal as your payment option you must make a password for a PayPal account during the payment processing procedure. They do not charge to make an account with them and once you have an account you can use to pay for a multitude of different services. You can cancel your PayPal account at anytime by logging in to Paypal and clicking on the close account option.

Credit Cards - are they safe to use for online payments?

 

This is an old question and a valid one but in general if all of the security procedures have been adhered to by the online payment process then it should actually be as safe to use an online payment service as an offline payment service. Our store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information. Our payment processor (Paypal) has been in business years and is one of the most trusted payment processor on the internet today. Buying from Lingerie 2 Order is both secure and easy. When you place an order, you can relax and feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our 256bit encryption SSL secure servers.
Your bank or credit card company usually cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability charges with your card issue may be higher, but in most cases debit and credit card issuers voluntarily apply a $50 limit to their cards. Top

 

 

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?


No, But each order is carefully wrapped or boxed dependant on the product purchased and is then sent by parcel post shipped inside an unmarked box or envelope. We do not offer gift wrapping services at present but may do in the future if we deem there is a big enough demand for this service. Currently many of our customers just purchase for themselves so it has not been a requirement as such. Top

 

 

Do you have promotional coupons or codes?


We don't believe in promotional codes because most companies including the biggest companies use these codes to gain customers and make them purchase their products at what the customer believes is amazing value, which it probably is but at a cost on your second or third product being marked up in price due to firms recuperating their losses from a previous purchase. So the answer is categorically no, due to our prices already being as competitive as possible there is no margin for huge discounts. With lingerie2order with all purchases overall you will be better off in your pocket. Top

 

 

Can I change my personal information with you?


Yes, personal information relating to yourself and your order history. Usually though at the time of ordering all this information is correct so on any secondary orders you can change it on the order form and we will update your details at this end. Top

 

 

What are your shipping & handling charges?


For shipping and handling prices check the last screen of your purchasing page and if you are not sure of the shipping method you will usually be able to change this here. Because our products are of different weights and going to different locations we do not list the shipping price in the faq. We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible but if you require extra insurance or tracking methods we can do this but at an extra cost to you.

Can I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. After this time if you wish to check on progress, to see where your parcel is, you can email us using the online email form: Tracking your Order and we will check on the progress with our shipper. You will receive a tracking number from us after your items have been shipped. You can track your items at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. To track orders at the last check this parcel tracking website didn't work correctly with Google Chrome but other browsers it worked fine at time of writing. Under normal circumstances, the shipment takes about 5 to 10 working days to reach you (usually the lower end of the scale - so 5 days on average) but please allow 15 - 20 days in some instances for some hard to reach locations and in extreme busy periods. We can not be held responsible for any postal delays out of our control. Top

What is your return policy?


Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 7 working days of delivery. Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping. Items that do not fit because of a mistake made by the customer are not returnable (e.g. Ordered XXL when should have been small). Please email us if you are unsure of the sizes, color etc before purchasing the items. Check here: (SIZES) so as to make sure the correct size has been ordered. For returns the product must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with tags still attached if any, it should still be in the wrapper or box that it was sent in and should be in a sellable condition and posted to us within a 7 day period of your receiving date. If everything is ok and the product appears not to have any defects or problems due to usage, the company will either issue you a credit note for use with another order or a credit to you creditcard (the original card the payment was made on). If you feel you need to return a product after this 7 day period then a store credit could be given (allowing you to purchase a different item from our website). However, the product should still be in pristine condition, not worn, not dirty or used. If there is a problem with the product that you return and we deem it to be in a used condition then you will neither gain a refund nor a credit. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Please remember your shipping fees and return shipping costs are non refundable.

 

Items Not Returnable:

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.

 

Credits:

Credits will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of your purchased item as long as the item is in the item described above and all cargo charges have been paid by the customer. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable:

How To Return/Exchange an Item

 

If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us from our email form from here: Help With Order within 7 business days of your receipt of the item to let us know of your return or exchange. You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your completed questionnaire. If the return is acceptable you will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA. Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the order. Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records. Allow up to 14 days for your return package to reach us and a further 14 days for your request of a refund to be processed. If you have accepted a credit receipt from us to use within our store you need to quote this next time you make an order with us. If you do have a query about your order, contact us via our online email form at: Order Enquiries to follow up on your request. Credit or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of our receipt of your product. Top

 

The Return shipping address can be used on agreement of a return shipment and after receiving your RA number (return authority number). Without this RA number no returns will be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

 

Shipping Charges for Return Items:

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.

 

Shipping Option or Return Items:

When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such EMS or DHL that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.


Shipping Duration for Return Items:

Return items must be received within 14 days of your item being shipped. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded. Top

Any promotional items that are given by lingerie2order.com are given at the our discretion. No arguments or disagreements shall be entered into over any promotional item that is shipped free with an accompanying order. Lingerie2Order.com's decision is final if any complication occurs.

 

Our current promotion is for 'FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150.00 (NOTE: only applicable for the following country zones: East Asia and South East Asia, West Europe, USA and Canada. Other zones South Pacific and Rest Of the World, this offer does not apply). The order has to be above US $150.00 not including postage charges to qualify for this promotion. If you are ordering seperate items or many items of the same type, this is allowed, but the limit with this promotion on 'FREE SHIPPING' is no more than 30 items of the same type of item to qualify for free shipping. If the same type of item is ordered 30+ products or the amount of single items numbered add up to more than 50 then these orders will be classed as wholesale orders and then the FREE SHIPPING will not be applied to the order. Wholesale orders will be dealt with differently since shipping methods may differ. At time of purchasing and if eligible the FREE SHIPPING option will be automated and once a zone is selected and if your order is above the $150.00 (US dollars) then the order sheet will reflect this and show that shipping has not been charged.
